About LDX-58 RL
The LDX-58 RL is a large-screen LED-backlit personal workstation display, featuring a 58-inch LCD panel (16:9) with Quad HD resolution (3840 x 2160). It was designed for collaborative decision-making, combining a very high resolution with excellent contrast ratio, high brightness, and a wide viewing angle.
The large-size, ultra high-resolution LCD screen offers a more efficient alternative to multi-monitor configurations. The LDX-58 RL fits the requirements of a wide range of applications, including control rooms, break-out rooms, collaboration rooms, crisis operations and war rooms, etc.
To allow operators to react on real-time events in the fastest time possible, the LDX-58 RL's special video controller design use no frame buffering. This results in a minimal delay between input signal and display (typically 10 ms). In order to benefit from the large screen size and resolution, the LDX-58 RL has two sets of inputs, both arranged as 2X Dual-Link DVI. Using a local keyboard, you can switch between the inputs. What's more, the LDX-58 RL is also fully integrated with Barco's TransForm N family of controllers.
The display's light haze type LCD finishing, is the ideal compromise between perfect optical quality and the minimization of ambient reflections. To even further emphasize its versatility, the LDX-58 RL offers a variety of settings that make it suitable for any kind of imaging.
Reliable and safe performance
Its redundant power supply architecture ensures stable and reliable operation in the most critical conditions. What's more, an internal microcontroller continuously monitors the display's operation, to detect minor malfunctions at first notice. And last but not least, the ventilation system was designed for low impact on the controlled air flow of control rooms.
